Fully Flexible Support Worker –Hindley, Wigan WN2. 37.5 hrs. | £12.62 ph. We’re seeking a Support Worker with experience supporting people with behaviours that challenge. Our Best Lives, Bolder Strategy - Community Integrated Care Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: We are a 24/7 supported service, it consists of 2 bungalows, which are all personalised to our own choices and preferences. Our house is tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of all our needs. Support staff will work across both properties throughout the day. We are currently 5 people in our hoe. We love outgoing and fun people who different hobbies, personalities and interests, such as walking, swimming, shopping, socialising, watching TV and listening to music. Support workers who are best suited here are flexible, reliable, non-judgmental, a team player and have both effective listening and communication skills.
