My client is a leading Main / Principal Construction Contractor, providing products and services to create high end luxury environments in the High End Residential and Luxury Hotel sector in the London and the UK. They focus on winning complex and interesting projects covering all aspects of construction, major structural adaptations, cut & carves extensions before refurbishing and fitting out to the very highest of standards.
The Marketing Coordinator Role
The successful candidate will report to the Business Innovation and Development Director and duties will include:
Maintaining the marketing/business development content throughout the business
Maintaining the content on the website and social media pages
Management and updating of company CRM and sales pipeline
Supporting brand profile-raising campaigns (PR campaigns)
Supporting with the research and completion of bid documents
Updating and managing the company brand documents
Support the Business Development and bid team drafting and collating client-specific and general BD/bid documents
Ensuring that BD material is branded according to the brand guidelines, including liaising with outsourced design function
Updating standard reports: media mentions, bids, deals, firmwide BD activities
Coordinating business development meetings
Actively contributing to improving the Groups marketing expertise and sophistication Experience
The Successful Marketing Coordinator
At least 4 years experience within a business development team preferably in construction or fit out
A related degree is a desirable
Must be competent in document production, preferably with demonstrable InDesign experience
