We're hiring coaches and assistant coaches to join our team in Bury, Ely, Swaffham and Thetford! This is an incredible part‑time opportunity for individuals who love working with kids and seek a rewarding job as we look to expand our classes. It could be your first job, alongside your studies – experience is not essential, just the right personality, a can‑do attitude and reliability.

The Role (in brief)
* Help develop children's fundamental skills through the use of athletic‑type skill games and movement.
* Inspire and bring young children into a new land of physical adventure by teaching, supporting and engaging with them throughout the sessions.
* Lead and deliver the Mini Athletics lesson plans with confidence and enthusiasm in a fun and structured environment using equipment and apparatus provided.
* Ensure the classes are fun and exciting for children and parents.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for all participants and parents.
* Handle customer enquiries and pass on where required.
We are seeking:
* Passionate individuals who love inspiring young children.
* Confident, enthusiastic, reliable, and organised people.
* Applications welcome from those who are 18+ for Lead Coaches and 14+ for Assistant Coaches.
Salary: from £12 per hour.

Hello! We are James & Farrah Owens, a married couple with two awesome daughters aged 14 & 8. We live on the Norfolk / Suffolk border in Thetford Forest.
Mini Athletics BEST (Bury, Ely, Swaffham and Thetford) is our exciting family adventure that finally released James from his corporate desk which he had been working at for 20 years! Our daughter was invited to a Mini Athletics UK birthday party and we all loved it – so we decided to have a massive career change and bring the amazing classes to our local area.
James has a passion for keeping fit and leads our classes, hoping to inspire lots of little ones with a similar passion for being active while having fun.
We hope to meet you in a class very soon.
