Merseyside and Greater Manchester.Your new roleThey are now seeking a PMOManager on a 12 month FTC to work within the PMO Centre of Excellence Team,supporting the successful delivery of projects and programmes within theTrust Portfolio. You will be responsible for the provision of expertproject management guidance, support, assurance and resource planningexpertise. You will support the continuous improvement of the PMO, drivingproject management standards, capabilities and reducing risk across theTrust. This will also include line management responsibilities for a smallteam of project coordinators.What you’ll need to succeed Excellentinterpersonal skills and able to engage with all levels of hierarchy. Goodverbal and written communication skills including report writing,presentations and system specifications. Excellent IT skills, able to use awide range of software packages including Visio, Microsoft Project,PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to keep accurate and complete recordsconsistent with best practice policies and procedures. Ability to undertakecomplex audit/quality assurance procedures for board level. In depthworking knowledge of programme and project management, governance andassurance, risk management and benefit management. Knowledge of currentgovernment policies regarding the NHS programme for change is desirable. Leadership experience and significant line management experience. Postgraduate level qualification or equivalent experience. Prince2Practitioner, MSP or equivalent experience. What you’ll get inreturnYou can expect a basic salary in the region of £43,742 to £50,056(depending on experience), along with a range of other benefits includingpension, access to NHS discounts, up to 33 days annual leave andhybrid/flexible working (2 days in the office and 3 days a week workingfrom home).
