We are currently recruiting for a fast-paced and award-winning FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand based in Harrow, West London. We’re looking for a passionate and commercially minded Junior NAM to join their dynamic team and help drive continued growth across the UK market.

As the Junior NAM, you will play a key role in managing and expanding customer accounts while supporting the growth of the brand within both domestic and international markets. This position combines elements of sales, business development, and brand management. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
 * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
 * Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
 * Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
 * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements to optimise profitability.
 * Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
 * Deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs and enhance brand presence.
 * Manage client communications, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong partnerships.
 * Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and business proposals.
 * Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline activities, and overall results.
 * Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
Requirements
 * Proven experience in sales, account management, or brand representation within FMCG, beauty, or fragrance industries.
 * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 * Excellent organisational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
 * A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
