What You’ll Do:
* Lead with Purpose: Implement innovative strategies that enhance our property’s vision and market position.
* Drive Performance: Prioritize revenue growth and financial success while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
* Build a Winning Team: Recruit, train, and inspire a dedicated team committed to excellence and high employee retention.
* Manage Budgets: Create and execute the hotel’s annual operating budget while excelling in P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis.
* Operations Oversight: Lead all hotel disciplines, including Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Prior General Management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment is preferred.
* A proven track record in hiring, training, and motivating teams to achieve exceptional guest service.
* Strong skills in budget management and financial forecasting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and enhancing guest experiences.
