Responsibilities
* Lead all aspects of the store, ensuring a positive tone and strong work ethic by example.
* Strictly enforce food safety, sanitation, and regulatory policies.
* Supervise store sales performance and maintain cleanliness and presentation.
* Assign and manage shift scheduling for team members.
* Meet standards for quality, customer service, health and safety, protecting employees and customers.
* Recruit, select, orient, train, and retain part‑time staff.
* Develop a passionate working environment and continuously grow the bubble baristas.
* Build, develop, and maintain a high‑performing team.
* Respond to customer complaints and comments.
* Train and educate the team on drink processes and policies.
* Manage TikTok content creation.
* Complete reasonable tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications
* Experience in a managerial/supervisory role driving a high‑sales‑focused culture in a fast‑paced food/beverage industry.
* Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
* Legally eligible to work in the UK.
* Energetic person with positive thinking and a “can do” attitude.
* Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
* Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with customers & the team.
