About the Role
A studio‑based role requires a Head of Workshop leader to join a design & build and manufacturing consultancy that creates world‑class scenic construction for events.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations, scheduling, and resource planning.
* Coordinate with Carpentry, Scenic, Metalwork, and Project teams to keep projects on track.
* Manage logistics, including vans/trucks, storage, and material flow.
* Lead and support the Workshop Lead, Facilities & Safety Coordinator, CNC Operator, and Van Driver.
* Maintain high standards through QC checks, pre‑fits, and safe working practices.
* Ensure the workshop and yard remain safe, organised, and compliant.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Experience managing workshop or production operations.
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Working Details
5 days per week role on‑site with no hybrid work offered.
