Performance Manager

This role provides an all-round view of contract performance, measuring outputs, and ensuring operational and financial targets are met.
You will support the Operations Team in delivering services according to contractual terms, ensuring all obligations are fulfilled, including performance reporting.
The role involves supporting the business in meeting compliance targets, driving excellence, and championing continuous improvement in collaboration with delivery teams and supply chain partners. Building strong client relationships and ensuring effective communication and satisfaction are key.
How will you be the change?
Every role is vital in providing peace of mind to our customers and driving us forward. As a Performance Manager, you will:
* Monitor and support the timely closure of all PPM, Reactive, Quoted, and Remedial Works, ensuring KPIs are met.
* Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports against KPIs and client data, ensuring works meet or exceed targets.
* Manage Early Warning Notices (EWN’s) and Compensation Events (CE’s) in line with contractual requirements, briefing clients and meeting deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with internal and contractual governance, presenting Compensation Events to senior leadership for approval.
* Identify performance issues within the delivery team or supply chain and support resolution, escalating as needed.
* Assist in delivering overall contract performance through regular client reviews and performance improvement initiatives.
* Support the Account Director in enhancing service delivery and sharing best practices.
* Manage budget information related to planned, reactive, and quoted works, highlighting issues or opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
* Identify and implement potential cost-saving opportunities and provide related reports.
* Embrace learning, development, and promote Bellrock’s culture.
What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy behind our growth as a Performance Manager, you’ll need:
* Contract awareness (preferably NEC4)
* Proficiency in IT, especially Excel and data manipulation
* Experience in a similar industry sector
* Understanding of commercial contracts
* Stakeholder management skills
* Adherence to processes and procedures
* Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills
* Confidence, assertiveness, motivation, and drive
* Good business acumen
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
* Teamwork mindset
* Commitment to personal development
* RICS qualification
* Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., data science, statistics, engineering, facilities management, business administration)
* Experience with suppliers, procurement, and supply chain management
* Budget reporting skills
Working arrangements
We support flexible and remote working where possible. The role is based in Chichester, West Sussex, working hours 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.
