We are looking for a team of experienced and committed Registered Nurses to support our service user with her complex care needs.
Meet Our Service User
Our service user is an intelligent bright young girl, who lives at home with her family in Silverstone. She requires support throughout the night on a 1:1 basis.
Her favourite hobbies include exploring arts and craft activities, watching Disney movies and spending time playing with her family pet dog. She is very sociable, loves going to school engaging in her learning and development and spending time with her friends.
Our service user is non-verbal and communicates her wants and needs through various methods including the use of facial expressions, British Sign Language, writing and choice boards.
Main duties of the job
Throughout the night your role will be to support with her personal care, repositioning and attend to her clinical care requirements when required. It is important you promote a peaceful environment, offer reassurance and comfort when needed to support a restful nights sleep.
We have the following shifts available
1. Part Time Nights
2. 1 to 2 Shifts Per Week
3. 9pm 7am
Take a look at our pay rates
Weeknights: £ per hour (£380 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Saturday: £ per hour (£400 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Sunday: £ per hour (£420 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £ per hour (£420 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Provide person centred nursing care and support to service users, their families and healthcare assistants .
Participate as part of a team and using a person centred approach, assess, plan, implement and evaluate care delivered.
Maintain and oversee the maintenance of appropriate associated service user record.
Provide clinical supervision to Healthcare Assistants
