The company is headquartered in Kells, County Meath with offices both in Belfast and UK and operates national sales and technical services teams from these locations. Position: Service Support Administrator Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland Reporting: Office Manager Job Responsibilities Role Includes: (But are not limited to the following) Provide ongoing support in dealing with incoming phone calls Liaise with customers and sales support team to answer customer queries Generate quotes as directed by sales team ensuring quote information is complete and accurate Create sales order and reflect in systems Stock control and management including identifying when stock replenishment is required Generate and distribute invoices Prepare and maintain all relevant post works completion for service team Monitor email inboxes for customer queries Support parts ordering and stock management processes Intake of sales and service goods as needed Warehouse support Support service team with internal and external repair processes Support Customer Service, Sales Support and Sales teams as needed. Qualifications/Core Experience of Customer Service within a similar industry Strong system & Microsoft office skills Willing to learn Strong problem solving and attention to detail skills Ability to work independently or within a team environment High professional work and quality standards Ability to plan and organise work effectively Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic
