The Role
As our Bullion Trader – Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role within our Sales team, managing high-value client relationships and driving commercial performance. You will be hands-on in trading, supporting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and mentoring junior traders, while shaping the client journey and ensuring our services align with business strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, acting as a trusted advisor for precious metals investments, portfolio options, and services.
* Own and manage a high-value personal sales pipeline, ensuring strong conversion and retention across B2C and B2B markets.
* Develop tailored pricing and product strategies aligned with market movement and business objectives.
* Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, promoting a high-performance, compliance-led culture within the trading team.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey, working with product, compliance, and operational teams to continuously improve service and delivery.
* Ensure operational accuracy in trading activity, including stock availability, pricing, and order processing.
* Maintain strong awareness of economic trends and market shifts to inform commercial insight and trading decisions.
* Act as an ambassador for the full service offering, including pensions, storage, and tailored investment solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience working with HNW clients and managing large transactions confidently and professionally.
* Thrives under pressure and can maintain composure and attention to detail in a fast-paced trading environment.
* Possesses excellent commercial and market awareness, with a strong grasp of investment principles.
* Is proactive and confident in leading conversations, presenting ideas, and delivering high standards across every interaction.
* Has experience mentoring or developing team members and is motivated to support others in achieving success.
* Is target-driven and performance-focused, with a passion for delivering value to both the business and the client.
Experience You’ll Bring
* 2+ years in a sales, trading, account management or investment-based role.
* Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or within the precious metals, wealth, or investment sector.
* Strong communication skills, commercial mindset, and exceptional attention to detail.
* Leadership or mentorship experience is an advantage.
* Confidence using Excel, CRM systems, and sales data reporting tools.
Package
* Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience plus commission.
