Our team works hard in collaboration with brilliant and committed professionals to provide agile set‑up and maintenance of clinical trials, giving patients opportunities to participate in research with novel and innovative therapies.
Responsibilities
* Set‑up, maintenance and monitoring of clinical trials involving Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP’s).
* Ensure Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards are followed.
* Ensure patients who volunteer for clinical trials feel valued and receive excellent pharmacy service.
* Work closely with Lead Clinical Trials Pharmacist, Lead Clinical Trials Pharmacy Technician, Research Delivery Teams, Principal Investigators, Research & Innovation Central Office team, Study Sponsors and wider Pharmacy and Hospital Teams.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent attention to detail, high initiative, problem solving ability, can work under pressure and multi‑task.
* Good organisational, communication, analytical, negotiation, presentation and IT skills.
* Experience in clinical trials is welcome but not essential.
* Passionate about improving patient/carer experience.
