Are you an administrator who proactively seeks opportunities to improve systems and gets things done? If so, we have an exciting new role supporting the All Age Disability Care Group. The Business Support Manager will oversee our business support staff and support the management team with governance tasks such as preparing agendas, monitoring performance and budgets, and compiling reports for contract meetings. You will be a key part of our management team, driving our quality improvement agenda. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good IT skills, and enthusiasm for identifying and completing tasks.
The post holder will play a crucial role in the integrated governance of the Care Group, ensuring a coordinated approach to governance, risk, and performance, and supporting the management team in business activities including new opportunities, tenders, and innovation applications.
