ROLE: Conveyancing Assistant LOCATION: Sheffield SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000 annum As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring transactions progress efficiently and accurately to support the client experience and success of the wider team. Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Assistant: Supporting the team with administration and legal matters relating to the sale and purchase of residential property Opening and managing client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties.
