Our client, a highly-regarded Service Centre, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team in their busy Rotherham branch. What will the successful Assistant Service Centre Manager do? Manage a small team of Technicians. Organise workload and workshop bookings. Operate workshop loading system. Deal with customer enquiries in person and by telephone. Quote for repairs. Accurately record faults with vehicles/complete job sheets. Manage and order parts. Work on the tools when required (Semi-Productive). The successful Assistant Service Centre Manager will have: A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3. Current experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally operating in a Main Dealer/Independent Garage. Own set of Tools. MOT Licence preferred although not essential. Full UK Driving Licence. The successful Assistant Service Centre Manager will get: Basic salary of up to £33,000. OTE of £36,000. Industry leading training and development schemes.
