Talent-Relay is seeking a Cisco Voice/Webex Engineer to join a team designing, deploying, and maintaining robust collaboration infrastructure at my client’s site. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Cisco Cloud Collaboration and a passion for delivering scalable, reliable voice and video infrastructure. You’ll contribute to the design, deployment, and support of enterprise-grade collaboration solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support implementation and maintenance of Cisco Cloud Collaboration technologies
* Manage incidents, problems, and changes across voice/video platforms
* Create accurate project specifications and drive proof-of-concepts
* Coordinate vendor and third-party escalation support
* Contribute to technical standards and documentation
* Deliver prioritized features in agile sprints
* Troubleshoot and maintain end-to-end infrastructure solution
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Up to 4 years’ experience with Cisco Webex (cloud/on-prem), VoIP, and video conferencing
* Strong understanding of VoIP protocols: SIP, MGCP, SCCP
* Experience with Cisco Control Hub, Hybrid Calendar, Jabber, Webex App, and Room OS11
* Familiarity with Cisco Room Series devices and TelePresence
* Integration experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Outlook, and Teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to interpret and troubleshoot VoIP, Video, and Webex topologies
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Scripting and automation experience
* Microsoft Teams platform experience
