We offer you a dynamic work environment with plenty of development opportunities. WHAT YOU DO Providing immediate technical support for line stoppages involves diagnosing and repairing complex faults across all plant equipment while logging activities in the CMMS. Executing scheduled mechanical and electrical inspections prevents run-to-fail scenarios and ensures compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Safety remains paramount as you must ensure all work adheres to Lock Out Tag Out procedures to maintain the integrity of safety circuits and guarding. Maintaining effective communication includes escalating plant issues and conducting meaningful handovers with incoming technicians and shift leaders. Testing and inspecting electrical systems guarantees proper installation, operation, and wiring across the building's fixtures. Identifying recurring bottlenecks allows you to implement modifications that improve Mean Time Between Failures and reduce Mean Time To Repair. Administrative duties require providing data for new part procurement, preparing emergency orders, and updating technical manuals when necessary.
