Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Demolition

ESD are working on behalf of a leading demolition contractor based in London who are looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor on board.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee project costs from pre-contract to final account
* Prepare valuations, variations, and manage subcontractor payments
* Ensure commercial control and cost efficiency on demolition projects
* Work closely with site teams, clients, and commercial managers
* Provide accurate financial reporting and risk analysis
Requirements:
* Proven experience in demolition or heavy civils as a Quantity Surveyor
* Strong understanding of cost planning, contract negotiation, and procurement
* Able to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
* Relevant qualifications or experience in Quantity Surveying
