Job Title: Construction Plant Operator – UK (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain heavy construction machinery including:
* 360-degree Excavators (10 to 25 tonne)
* Dump Trucks
* Small Plant & Machinery
* Follow safety protocols and site procedures
* Conduct pre-operation checks and report any issues
* Work efficiently within a team to meet project deadlines
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years hands-on experience operating relevant machinery
* Basic to good level of English literacy (spoken, written, and reading)
* Physically fit and in good health (a medical report will be required)
* Must hold a valid driving license (international licenses are accepted)
* Clean criminal record for the past 5 years (police clearance required)
