Empowering Neurodivergent Individuals with Practical, Strength-Based Coaching
I offer ADHD Specialised Strategy Coaching and psychological support for neurodivergent individuals. I specialise in attachment and relational trauma, as well as pre- and post-diagnostic support, helping neurodivergent individuals navigate life, work, and relationships with confidence.
My approach is practical, personalised, and rooted in evidence-based techniques, ensuring you have the right tools to manage overwhelm, improve executive functioning, and build a life that works for you.
I provide one-to-one coaching through Access to Work’s ADHD Coaching scheme, supporting clients to:
1. Develop tailored strategies for organisation, time management, and focus.
2. Manage workplace challenges, including task initiation, prioritisation, and communication.
3. Reduce burnout and overwhelm through energy regulation and self-advocacy.
4. Strengthen emotional resilience using practical psychological strategies.
5. Create sustainable routines that honour your neurodivergent needs.
Specialist Support in Attachment, PDA & Relational Trauma
Many of my clients experience challenges related to attachment, trauma, and demand avoidance. My work is attachment-informed and trauma-sensitive, supporting individuals, parents, and carers with:
1. Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) – Understanding PDA-driven responses and supporting alternative strategies for motivation, autonomy, and emotional regulation.
2. Attachment and Relational Trauma – Helping individuals, parents, and carers build trust, connection, and self-compassion.
3. Therapeutic Parenting & Adoption Support – Supporting care-experienced and adoptive families with DDP-informed strategies.
Women’s Health & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
I also specialise in the intersection of neurodivergence, chronic illness, and hormonal health, particularly in women and those socialised as female.
1. CFS and Neurodivergent Coaching – Strategies for managing fatigue, cognitive load, and pacing.
2. Women’s Health and Neurodivergence – Supporting the impact of menstrual cycles, perimenopause, and hormones on cognitive and emotional well-being.
3. Burnout Prevention and Recovery – Practical strategies for self-regulation, energy management, and sustainable routines.
