Job Description
3. Budgeting, forecasting and long term planning
4. Business partner to management team
5. Lead financial input with sales and marketing
6. Support pricing and contract negotiations
7. Cash management
8. Define, refine and embed a robust control environment
9. Oversee the statutory reporting and consolidated accounts
10. Lead on the UK audit
11. 3rd party relationship management
The Successful Applicant
12. A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
13. Demonstrable head of finance experience
14. Broad skillset - technical and commercial finance
15. Recent SAAS experience is a distinct advantage
16. Able to build relationships at all levels and influence
17. USGAAP
