£24,000 per annum

Working pattern:
Permanent / Full-time (35 hours per week, 9-5 Monday to Friday)

About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ready to kickstart your career in sales operations? AbilityNet is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic Sales team.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to build your skills in sales administration, CRM management, and client engagement - with a clear pathway to progress into a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.

What you'll be doing:

* Acting as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
* Supporting account management by maintaining accurate customer records
* Preparing sales reports and analysing data to support strategic decisions
* Managing the sales inbox, schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth operations
* Collaborating with marketing on campaigns, events, and webinars
* Representing AbilityNet at conferences and sales events

What you'll bring:

* A commitment to excellent customer service and professional communication
* Confidence using CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite) and Excel for reporting
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
* Flexibility to travel occasionally for events and team meetings

: This role is home-based, but candidates must live within one hour's travel of our Leamington Spa office, where team meetings and training will take place. While this is a full-time permanent role, we're happy to discuss alternative working hours if that better suits your circumstances.
