JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direction of the Senior Policy Officer (Housing Strategy and Regeneration), deliver an efficient and effective Housing First Support Service and Social Lettings Service in line with national principals and standards and statutory and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures for both services. Manage, supervise, develop and support members of staff employed within these services.
