Responsibilities
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will work to support the Natural Resources team on a wide variety of business-focused tasks. You will support account executives and stakeholders to deliver excellent client service, and the successful candidate will be an integral part of the Natural Resources team.
You will investigate and troubleshoot to ensure that all queries are seen through to resolution. You will work closely with the Global team and develop great working relationships with colleagues in the Mumbai office to ensure accurate data input within the quality standards.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (grade 4 or above)
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Keen eye for detail and naturally inquisitive
* Able to build effective working relationships at all levels with key stakeholders
* Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
* Ability to learn new processes and systems
* Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
* A quick learner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Over the course of 18-24 months, alongside the responsibilities of your role, you will also complete a programme of study which will be a combination of assignments, coursework and exams.
Workstyles
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least four days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow apprentices.
