Join our visitor centre team to deliver memorable experiences across our flagship distillery. The role requires weekend and evening availability.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of customer service and oversee visitor experience.
* Guide public tours, representing the brand and Diageo, using full training provided.
* Assist with ticket sales, brand promotion, and welcoming guests.
* Perform shop duties, upselling products, and merchandising the retail area.
* Plan and implement special events throughout the year.
About You
People who are character‑driven, resilient, open‑minded, passionate about customer service, and team‑players. You should have insight into the drinks industry or experience in hospitality and be able to build strong customer relationships.
