What You ll Be Doing:
* Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and high-quality lessons
* Helping pupils stay focused, motivated and on task throughout the school day
* Providing 1:1 or small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential
* Promoting a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
* Assisting with classroom setup, resources and day-to-day activities
* Reporting any concerns to relevant staff members in line with safeguarding procedures
What We re Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience in a school or similar educational role
* DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children s learning and development
* Skills: Strong communication, teamwork and organisational abilities
* Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
