Production Supervisor Craigavon Vickerstock are proudly partnering with a long-established, leading food manufacturing business in County Armagh to recruit a Production Supervisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a progressive company that supplies chilled and frozen products to major UK and Ireland retailers. You will play a key role in daily production operations and team leadership, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and food safety. What's in it for You? Ensure efficient use of materials including packaging and labelling, completing all relevant documentation accurately. Monitor and enforce stock rotation procedures within the department. Act as the first point of contact for any issues relating to product quality, process breakdowns, or team performance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records in line with company standards. Support the management team with the investigation of any personnel issues (e.g. timekeeping or performance). Ensure consistent compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene protocols. Lead by example in promoting company standards on product integrity, quality, and cleanliness. Undertake any additional duties as required within the scope of the role. Your Essential Ingredients Previous experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment And even better if you have. Level 2 Food Safety certification. Health & Safety qualification. Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred.
