Electrical Site Engineer
We at Dalair LTD, part of Swegon Group, design, manufacture and install high quality, large scale Air Handling Units. We are pleased to be offering the opportunity to join growing team of Site Service Engineers in the position of Electrical Site Engineer due to increased demand and business growth.
The successful candidate will work within a team of nine site Engineers travelling the UK to install, refurbish and maintain our bespoke, high specification, Air Handling Units. The role is a full time, permanent position with the opportunity to travel the UK in a Company vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Liaise on site with customers and contractors
Install part preassembled units using hand tools and specialist testing equipment to install, test and inspect
Electrically check and verify controls to motors, fans and other components
Be competent to investigate and troubleshoot with technical installation issues
Escalate concerns or queries from customers or regarding health, safety or quality
Work directly with clients and customers, addressing any concerns or queries
Provide technical support and assembly expertise on-site
Able to read and interpret technical CAD drawings for installation
Willingness to travel to various locations across the UK to meet client needs
Qualifications/Experience:
Experience in a customer/client-facing role
18th edition or Level 3 Electrical
Current and clean driving license
CSCS Card desirable but not essential
Knowledge of Air Handling Units (desirable)
Experience working on site (desirable)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hourly Rate: Negotiable, dependent on experience (Varying between £14 - 16.00 per hour basic)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with overtime available
Work Location: On-site, with travel across the UK
