🌳UK Sales Leader - ServiceNow (Elite Partner) - OTE £275-325k🌳
A leading ServiceNow Elite partner is seeking a UK Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic alignment with ServiceNow across the UK. This is a senior leadership role owning go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales execution, alliance engagement, and regional team performance.

🌳Compensation: OTE £275-325K + executive benefits
🌳What the role will look like🌳
* Own UK bookings across ServiceNow licences, services, and managed offerings
* Define and execute UK go-to-market strategy aligned to ServiceNow workflows
* Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team
* Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within strategic UK accounts
* Lead complex £1m+ transformation and managed services deals
* Build executive relationships with enterprise clients and ServiceNow UK leadership
* Co-sell with ServiceNow account teams and ecosystem partners
* Represent the business in market events, campaigns, and thought leadership
🌳Requirements🌳
* 10–15+ years enterprise technology/SaaS sales experience
* Strong ServiceNow ecosystem background (partner or vendor)
* Proven success closing £1m+ enterprise services engagements
* Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
* Executive-level client engagement and negotiation capability
* Strong understanding of UK enterprise market and procurement
