Otis is growing and we are recruiting a talented new equipment Senior Project Manager to take responsibility for the leadership and management of Hinkley Point C On a typical day you will: Define project objectives and manage installation projects Manage administrative and material tasks Ensure that the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and /or subcontractors Work closely with the project team to mitigate any safety, ethics and quality risks Work closely with local authorities on document submissions, site inspections for a smooth project completion Ensure customer satisfaction, engineering support and improved profitability What you will need to be successful A high school education is required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience You have experience with the elevator and or building trades Safety is your top priority You have excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment You are self-reliant, with strong computer and organizational skills and business acumen What’s In it For Me / Benefits Strong salary package including - a bonus scheme and car or allowance We will train you intensively in the areas of technology, processes & soft skills and you can exchange ideas with experienced colleagues at any time.
