About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate all aspects of the worship music program
* Direct musicians, vocalists, and praise teams
* Plan and execute engaging worship services
* Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers
* Collaborate with chaplain leadership and chapel staff
Qualifications
* Experience directing church music programs or praise teams
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Knowledge of contemporary Protestant worship music
