Responsibilities This Stores Operative position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate handling, storage, and distribution of aircraft parts and components in compliance with aviation industry standards.Role Responsibilities will include: Efficiently pick, pack, and return parts on time Manage material issuance and dispatch per company procedures. Follow Goods In/Out processes and book spare parts accurately. Support LEAN improvements and meet department KPI targets. To be a part of the" Stores Improvement Project". All duties shall be undertaken in compliance with Safety and Environmental Regulations and Company Procedures. Other duties as assigned by the Stores Team Leader or Stores Leading Hand. Adherence to current practices and Implementation of Total Quality Management as applicable to the department operations i.e. LEAN project Management An awareness and understanding of responsibilities outlined in the Company\'s environmental procedures. Collecting or delivering of parts/materials You may be required to train personnel with a specified area subject to your qualifications and experience Skills And Experience Required Basic computer literacy and numeracy. Familiarity with computer systems. Overhead crane and forklift experience desirable. Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive thinker. Able to work independently and as a team player. Strong communicator with leadership skills. Open to suggesting improvements. If required, Must pass background checks for working in a known consignor area.
