We’re looking for an Entry-Level Office Assistant to support our busy team. You’ll assist with general office tasks to help the office run smoothly.


Responsibilities

* Answering calls and emails professionally
* Filing, scanning, and managing documents
* Supporting team members with day‑to‑day admin
* Booking meetings and managing calendars
* Assisting with ad‑hoc office tasks as required


What we’re looking for

* Organised and reliable
* Confident communicator
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Able to work in a busy, team‑focused environment
