Overview
We are recruiting for an Account Director to work with us on an amazing workplace contract. Location: Newbury with travel to London and Stoke. Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Cultivating robust, extensive client relationships that consistently surpass expectations.
* Guaranteeing contract performance aligns with budget and meets business plan and financial goals.
* Tracking and evaluating contractual and internal KPIs and SLAs, and fostering ongoing improvements.
* Discovering opportunities for growth and efficiency through innovative approaches.
* Developing and overseeing a labor strategy that complies with contract requirements.
* Assisting the sales team in creating financially viable bids and proposals, culminating in contract finalization.
* Leading in contract retention and strategizing for expansion.
* Driving the strategic advancement of current accounts to cultivate new business opportunities.
* Managing and leading HSE matters related to the contract and teams, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
* A minimum of 5 years experience at a senior management level in a contract catering business, leading and inspiring operational teams, working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
* Strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Have a proven track record of client / customer satisfaction.
* Dynamic, innovative, and fast paced leader.
* Display a natural passion for food and customer service.
* Track record of growing sales and retaining business.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proactive, can-do attitude and approach.
* Experience of managing complex stakeholder relationships.
* Able to work as part of a team and alongside subject matter experts - keeps people informed, holds others accountable, sets performance standards.
