A bit about the job
We’re looking for a Claims Service Manager to help shape how we support our strategic clients. This role focuses on proactive account management, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality service. You’ll work closely with key partners, brokers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure we meet our clients’ needs. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Skills we’re looking for
* Experience building strong client relationships in a service-led role
* Confident communicator with negotiation and influencing skills
* Ability to manage complex client scenarios and offer expert advice
* Track record of driving process improvements and delivering strategic plans
* Knowledge of home claims or the insurance industry is a plus
