The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.\nAssist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.\nHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.\nSupport the scheduling and coordination of meetings, including room bookings and agenda preparation.\nMaintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure the office runs smoothly.\nProvide general administrative support to various departments as needed.\nAssist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome materials and setting up workstations.\nHelp with data entry and database management to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.\nParticipate in team projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives. \n\nQualifications:\n\nProven experience in an administrative role or a similar position.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).\nAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nA positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
