What's the role all about?
As our International Wholesale Manager, you'll be at the heart of our global expansion-spotting opportunities, building partnerships, and driving commercial success across wholesale and marketplace channels. Think of it as a mix of strategy, relationship-building, commercial know-how, and a whole lot of growth.
What you'll be doing:Global Wholesale & Distributor Growth
* Manage and grow global accounts-hitting KPIs, boosting sales, and expanding brand visibility.
* Identify and present new market opportunities aligned with business goals.
* Influence commercial planning across product launches, pricing, and tiering.
* Understand and navigate international legal, cultural, and compliance differences.
* Negotiate contracts confidently, ensuring smart, risk-managed deals.
* Be a team player with great communication skills and a solutions-first mindset.
Marketplace Management
* Lead the performance and growth of digital marketplace channels across multiple territories.
* Identify, evaluate, and launch new marketplace opportunities across the UK, Europe, and further afield.
* Adapt strategies to fit local trends, customer behaviours, and regulatory requirements.
* Analyse competitor activity and optimise pricing strategies accordingly.
* Continuously review and refine marketplace performance-making smart, data-led decisions.
* Nurture existing marketplace accounts and turn them into growth engines.
International Business Development
* Manage a portfolio of international distributors and wholesalers across key regions: EMEA, GCC, AUS & USA.
* Actively source and secure new partnerships to drive brand reach and revenue.
* Project manage the setup of a European 3PL.
* Build and deliver clear international strategies with scalable growth plans.
* Drive operational excellence across international trading-ensuring efficiency and best practice.
