Garvagh Health Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated medical receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate must be highly organised and have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to mulitask in a fast paced environment.
Job Description
· Full range of reception duties
· Dealing with incoming telephone calls promptly
· Processing medication requests in a timely manner
· Dealing with all incoming calls
· Reception - client facing duties
· Liaising with mutli-disciplinary teams
· Updating electronic patient records including scanning
· Handling incoming and outgoing mail
· Completing actions and messages from GP's.
Criteria
Essential:
· 5 GCSE's including English and Maths or equivalent
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable:
· Previous experience in a health care setting
· Office experience dealing with the public
