About the Role We are currently recruiting for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a growing remote team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering the chance to secure a long-term position after an initial 12-week period. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone, email, and web chat, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with empathy.
