ATA Recruitment is launching a IT & Technology recruitment division from our Leicester office. We're looking for an experienced 360 IT/Tech Senior Recruitment Consultant to take full ownership of building and scaling a specialist desk - backed by an established, financially secure recruitment business.
You'll have full autonomy to shape the market offering, grow a client base, and position yourself as a subject-matter expert, with a clear progression route to Associate Director.
The Role
Launch and grow the IT & Technology desk
Win new business and manage long-term client relationships
Deliver end-to-end 360 recruitment across IT/Tech disciplines
Build a sustainable desk using your market expertise
About You
Proven success in a 360 IT/Tech recruitment role
Strong billing and business development track record
Deep knowledge of an IT/Tech vertical
Ambition to grow a desk into a division and move into leadership
