We’re hiring a Construction Package Manager to lead the delivery, quality, and client handover of key work packages on a major project. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage snagging and documentation, and ensure safety and programme targets are met.
Your primary responsibilty will be to ensure seamless transition and handover of the construction project
You will need a minimum of 5 years experience in construction projects,
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
The ability to identify, assess and mitigate potential risks in the handover process with a proactive approach to issue resolution
