An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator based in Clevedon, North Somerset, to join a growing Technology Business on a Part Time basis - 30 hours per week.
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Delivery of customer orders to agreed requirements
* Working as a team and maintaining relationships with other departments
* Administration for orders
* Creating sales orders and raising invoices
* Dealing with customer complaints
* Responding to customer requests and providing updates
* Generating dispatch notes
* General office admin tasks
The successful Office Administrator will:
* Have 2+ years experience in a similar role
* Have a sales or customer service background
* Be an effective communicator and team player
