Work Schedule: Start time: 5am End Time: 10am Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday. Weekends and holidays required. No more than 25 hours per week.
Merchandisers are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos & more in stores such as supermarkets and large grocery stores. Starting as a Merchandiser, we invest in your growth, opening potential career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. Typical tasks include:
1. Driving a personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to various store locations.
2. Retrieving FritoLay products and merchandising them throughout the store.
3. Working in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
4. Following a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers, with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time.
5. Using a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate, and log activities.
Our operations run 24 hours, so schedules may vary. This role is physical and fast-paced; expect to be on your feet throughout your shift. Minimum qualifications include:
* Being 18 years or older.
* Having a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
* Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
