About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team with a great reputation in the local market.
Your main areas of responsibility will be to:
* Identify & secure new commercial clients.
* Provide salient advisory services to provide the best outcome for clients in line with their requirements.
* Ensure each client has full cover reviews and any gaps in cover are highlighted to clients and solutions provided.
* Manage and provide highest level of professional service to a growing book of commercial clients.
* Lead by example in terms of best practice in processes and procedures.
* Support the Senior Leadership Team on all matters as required.

* You have great communication skills, and you work well within a team.
* You pride yourself on keeping client documentation and computer records up to date, complying with all company and FCA standards.
* You act with honesty and integrity, which is very important when working within a financially regulated industry.
* You are qualified to the Cert CII standard as a minimum, computer literate with experience of MS office applications, and ideally you have experience of the Acturis system.
