Job Description
3. Provide advice and support on HR policies and procedures to management and staff.
4. Assist in managing employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
5. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices within the healthcare industry.
6. Support recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
7. Maintain accurate HR records and systems for the department.
8. Contribute to training and development initiatives to upskill employees.
9. Advise on performance management and appraisal processes.
10. Deliver guidance on absence management and employee well-being initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. Previous experience in a human resources role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
12. A solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
13. Strong organisational and communication skills.
