Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Lead / Service Manager to oversee supported living placements. This role involves managing services for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards and embedding Positive Behaviour Support practices across the service.
Salary: Up to £50,000 DoE

Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead and manage supported living services for adults with complex needs
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding policies
• Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans
• Supervise, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary team
• Manage rotas, budgets, and occupancy levels
• Coordinate with social workers, healthcare professionals, and commissioners
• Monitor service quality through audits and feedback
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
• Proven leadership experience in learning disability/autism services
• Strong knowledge of PBS principles and behaviour management
• Understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding procedures
• Ability to manage staff, budgets, and service operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
