We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Complex Care Support Workers / Nursing Assistant who have worked with a range of complex conditions including Cerebral Palsy and age groups. If you have experience with supporting young adults with complex care needs, we would like to hear from you. We have a Client requiring support in the Chichester area. This role requires a high level of clinical awareness, confidence and professionalism in delivering care such as: Oral Suction PEG feeding and enteral nutrition Personal Care / Pad changes Oral suctioning Chest Physio Nebuliser administration Medication support Hours Available are as follows 2 x nights 10 hours Tuesday & Wednesday 1 x 10hrs Day shift Saturday (Times to be confirmed) You will need to be an experienced support worker who can support our client with Personal care including PEG feeds. Required Skills/Qualifications:* 2 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard. Commitment to delivering client specific care. Adaptable approach to support client and family members. Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
