We are recruiting an Assistant Producer for BBC 500 Words, the UK's most successful children’s story writing competition. The role involves assisting with the competition's daily operations, judging, website updates, content creation, and promotion.
Main Responsibilities
Produce and edit digital content for young audiences, support the judging process, manage the website, coordinate with partners, and promote the competition.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience
* Proficiency with CMS, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
* Experience creating social content, editing short films and graphics
* Audience-focused, creative, organized, and deadline-oriented
* Editorial judgment and legal knowledge
Desirable
* Self-shooter skills for short film production and social media strategy experience
