The Crown at Stapenhill, just outside of Burton-Upon-Trent is a true community locals pub. It has served the local community and businesses for many years, and we are now looking for new partners to take on the pub!
Inside the pub sits a large L-shaped bar, with a large 60 cover strong bar area to the side and then 2 pool tables and sports area at the other. end of the pub. There is also a small stage to host regular entertainment nights and events. There is no opportunity for a food offer here as there is no commercial kitchen on site, the Crown is a 100% wet led business. Outside there is a covered smoking area, raised beer garden and large car park.
Currently averaging £7,400 per week in 100% wet led sales, the Crown is a great opportunity for an experienced partner to come on board and continue to engage with the thriving local community.
